Hello Crafty Lovelies,
I made a matching card set of 3 with the Everyday Whimsy release by Catherine Pooler and Sizzex. My 3rd card was made with some of the left over scraps from the my first card, I had a stenciled panel and trimmed it down to size so the off cuts ended up on this card.
I glued the off cuts in a diagonal pattern on the card front, just to give it some interest. On white cardstock I Ink blended It’s a Girl, Tiki Torch and Tiara, then cut out with a circle die from the ‘Border Party Circles framelits dies set. I put the card panel and the circle both into my stamp positioner and inked up one of the flower stems from the ‘Whimsy Bloom stamp set’ in Lime Rickey. Then on just the circle, I lined up the flower portions of a coordinating stamp and inked them up, one in Tiki Torch and the other in Party dress for a fuller and more vibrant pink. The circle is adhered with foam tape for dimension and the sentiment is also from the Whimsy Bloom stamp set and is inked up in Tiki Torch.
