Lindy’s Stamp Gang – July Color Challenge

Well hello crafty lovelies, I am so grateful that you are here.

Today is a big day for me!! It was recently announced that I am on the design team for Lindy’s Stamp Gang for 2023 and this is my first ever blog post representing them. I am so very humbled and excited to see what the year brings.

I have already loved every aspect of creating for them and today I bring you the July Color Challenge.

Color Challenge Rules

To enter the Color Challenge you MUST:

Use a minimum of 2 colors from the monthly color palette and you can also add black, white, neutrals or metallic colors – but you may NOT use other colors!
Eg: if the color palette is green, blue and yellow – you can use green, blue, white and gold – but NOT red, orange, yellow or purple.
AND you must incorporate the challenge ingredient in your project.
The challenge ingredient might be a technique, theme, product or even a shape!
Post a photo or video of your project on Instagram and tag with #LindysColorChallenge2023 and upload to the Facebook Challenge album (more info below)

Below is my project and I only used 2 of the 3 colors. Cattail Copper Brown and Time Travel Teal. You are not limited to these exact products for example, you can use a turquoise colored magical or a pomegranate colored spray other than what I used.

I found it very interesting that the color of the Cattail Copper Brown changed depending on how I used it. When I sprayed it, it was very copper looking and shimmery but when I used a blending brush it was quite red. The color shifting properties of Lindy’s Stamp Gang products is what made me fall in love with them in the first place.
